Seasonal Updates

Due to new state of North Dakota regulations, the City of West Fargo will no longer collect compost and yard waste materials curbside. Materials must be disposed of at one of the four compost and yard waste collection sites in the City of West Fargo.

  • Eagle Run Water Tower (40th Avenue S. and Sheyenne Street)
  • 17th Street E. (between Starr Avenue and Second Avenue E.)

Brush, branches and bushes can be disposed of curbside. This service will be suspended around Dec. 1, for winter months.

Transfer Station is available for materials that cannot be collected curbside at 1620 Main Ave. W.

Property owners must obtain a sump pump variance by Nov. 1, 2019, to discharge sump pump water indoors.
