The Training program for the West Fargo Fire Department is unique in that a third of the department is part time or paid on call.  This presents a challenge in that the full time firefighters train everyday they are on duty.  The paid on call firefighters also train when they are on shift as well.  The rest of the department trains on the 1st, 3rd and last Tuesday evening of each month.
